1. Scope & Eligibility

This 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (“Guarantee”) is offered by HealthTal, Inc. (“HealthTal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies exclusively to annual subscription plans purchased directly through healthtal.com or app.healthtal.com. Monthly subscription plans, add-on services, and any plans purchased through third-party resellers are expressly excluded from this Guarantee and are not eligible for refunds under these terms.

2. Guarantee Period

The Guarantee period begins on the date your annual subscription payment is processed (“Subscription Date”) and expires at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the 30th calendar day following your Subscription Date (“Guarantee Period”). Refund requests received after the Guarantee Period has expired will not be honored under this Guarantee.

3. How to Request a Refund

To exercise your rights under this Guarantee, you must submit a written refund request within the Guarantee Period by either: (a) emailing support@healthtal.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and your account email address, or (b) submitting a refund request through your account dashboard at app.healthtal.com. A refund request is considered received on the date it is submitted, regardless of when it is processed.

4. Refund Amount & Processing

Upon receipt of a valid refund request within the Guarantee Period, HealthTal shall refund 100% of the annual subscription fee paid, with no deductions or penalties. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. HealthTal is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

5. Effect of Refund

Upon processing of a refund, your HealthTal subscription will be immediately terminated, and you will lose access to all paid features, data exports, and saved lists associated with your account. Any data exported during the subscription period may be retained by you.

6. No Usage Restrictions

There are no usage limits or conditions that must be met during the Guarantee Period. You may use all features of your subscription plan without restriction during the 30-day period and still remain eligible for a full refund.

7. Limitation

This Guarantee is limited to one refund per customer. If you have previously received a refund under this Guarantee, subsequent annual plan purchases are not eligible. HealthTal reserves the right to deny refund requests that it reasonably determines to be fraudulent or abusive.

8. Modifications

HealthTal reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Guarantee at any time. Any changes will apply only to subscriptions purchased after the modification date. Subscriptions purchased before a modification will be governed by the version of this Guarantee in effect at the time of purchase.

9. Governing Law

This Guarantee shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Guarantee shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the HealthTal Terms of Service.

10. Entire Agreement

This Guarantee, together with the HealthTal Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and HealthTal with respect to refunds on annual subscription plans. In the event of a conflict between this Guarantee and the Terms of Service, this Guarantee shall control with respect to refund eligibility for annual plans.

By purchasing an annual subscription plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Guarantee. Monthly plans are not covered by this Guarantee and are non-refundable.
